To begin the application process, please fill out the on-line application form below.
Only 20 students will be chosen for each camp date. Students are selected based on their English language ability and positive attitude.
Once a student is selected, an official letter of acceptance will be emailed to the student. Details on fee payment and how to secure a place at ACE Camp will be included in your acceptance letter.
After the full payment is received, a detailed email will be sent to the student that includes:
· “What should I bring to Canada?” check list
· An information package on “How to apply for a Canadian Visa”
· A detailed schedule of events for each day of camp

Total fee payment for ACE Canada’s 2 week camp is
$2995.00 CDN (Canadian Funds).
Payment
ACE Canada is highly selective and has limited availability. Your space at ACE Camp is guaranteed after payment is received in full. Our fee payment includes a $200.00 CDN non-refundable deposit. You will be given an official ACE Canada Adventure Camp receipt that includes our cancellation and refund details.
Refund Policy
After May 1st - 50% will be refunded if the contract is cancelled in writing by June 1st
After June 1st - no payment will be refunded.
Methods of Payment
Payments can be made by wire transfer, cash, certified cheque or money order payable to ACE Canada Adventure Camp. For wire transfer, please contact info@acecamp.ca for account information and reference numbers. US funds are accepted at the daily exchange rate at date of payment.
Dismissal
Any act or behavior by a student that jeopardizes the safety and/or well-being of others will not be tolerated. In extreme cases, ACE Canada reserves the right to dismiss students from the program without any refund. The student’s family would be required to pay transportation costs from Vancouver airport to the student’s home country.
Illegal substances, non-prescription drugs, alcohol, gambling and weapons are not permitted under any circumstances.
Boys and Girls dormitories are in separate areas and are off limits to the opposite sex. Students are allowed to meet in camp common areas.
All students are assigned a camp counselor that will be on duty 24 hours per day, including sleep time. Students are required to follow the camp counselors instructions at all times.
Students are required to participate in all English lessons and camp activities.
When participating in activities, students are required to follow the instructions of the activity leader.
Permission to be absent from lessons or activities will be granted in cases such as illness, injury and acceptable personal reasons.
Students must not put any person or living being in harm’s way.
Students are required to treat all people, living beings and the environment with respect and consideration.
